YouSpeak Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the YouSpeak application and website (the "Service") operated by SYNRISE LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (Business Registration No. 81194066, website: https://synrise.co/). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

YouSpeak provides AI-powered spoken-language practice, including real-time voice conversation, pronunciation assessment and learning reports. Free daily talk time is provided for evaluation; paid call-time packages extend usage beyond the free quota.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

4. Purchases, Pricing and Payment

Call-time packages are offered in your local currency (USD/JPY/KRW; CNY where applicable). The price displayed at checkout is the amount you will be charged.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment service providers (Airwallex for card payments; Alipay for CNY payments). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Purchased call time is credited to your account after the payment is confirmed by the payment provider, normally within minutes.
Prices may be changed prospectively; changes never affect packages you have already purchased.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse, resell, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service, and not to use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and software of the Service are owned by SYNRISE LIMITED or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYNRISE LIMITED's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong SAR, unless mandatory consumer-protection law of your residence provides otherwise.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

一、协议

本条款适用于由 SYNRISE LIMITED（香港注册，商业登记证号 81194066，官网 https://synrise.co/）运营的 YouSpeak 应用及网站（下称"本服务"）。注册账户或购买即表示您同意本条款。

二、服务内容

YouSpeak 提供 AI 口语训练服务，包括实时语音对话、发音评估与学习报告。每日免费通话时长供体验；付费套餐可扩展使用额度。

三、账户

您应妥善保管账户凭据，并对账户下的活动负责。您须年满 13 周岁（或所在司法辖区的最低数字同意年龄）方可使用本服务。

四、购买、定价与支付

通话时长套餐以您的本币计价（USD/JPY/KRW；如适用为 CNY）。结账页展示的价格即向您收取的金额。
支付由第三方支付服务提供商处理（卡支付为 Airwallex；人民币支付为支付宝）。我们的服务器不存储您的完整卡信息。
支付确认后（通常数分钟内），通话时长将充值至您的账户。
价格调整仅对未来生效，不影响您已购买的套餐。

五、退款

退款按《退款政策》处理，该政策构成本条款的一部分。

六、使用规范

您承诺不滥用、转售、逆向工程或破坏本服务，不将其用于违法目的。对滥用账户，我们可暂停服务。

七、知识产权

本服务的全部内容与软件归 SYNRISE LIMITED 或其许可方所有。您获得有限的、非独占的、不可转让的个人非商业使用许可。

八、免责与责任限制

本服务按"现状"提供，不作任何形式的保证。在法律允许的最大范围内，SYNRISE LIMITED 就本服务承担的累计赔偿责任以您在索赔前 12 个月内向我们支付的金额为限。

九、适用法律

本条款适用中国香港特别行政区法律。争议由香港特别行政区法院管辖，但您住所地强制性消费者保护法另有规定的除外。

十、变更与联系

我们可能不时更新本条款；重大变更将通过应用内通知。继续使用即视为接受。
