In brief: YouSpeak ("we") is an AI spoken-English training application. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information. We collect data only to the minimum extent necessary to provide the Service and protect it with encryption and other security measures.

1. Information We Collect

  1. Account information: the email address, nickname and encrypted password you provide when registering.
  2. Voice audio: voice data you input through the microphone in conversation features, used for AI speech recognition, dialogue and pronunciation assessment. Audio is retained according to your settings after processing, for sentence-by-sentence playback and learning review.
  3. Conversation records: text conversations with your AI coach, learning assessment reports and practice data.
  4. Device information: basic information such as device model, operating system version and network status, used to keep the Service running properly.

2. How We Use Information

  1. To provide real-time voice conversation, speech recognition (ASR), speech synthesis (TTS) and pronunciation assessment services;
  2. To generate personalized learning reports and training suggestions;
  3. To maintain accounts, billing and customer support;
  4. To improve product experience and service security (including anti-abuse and risk control).

3. Information Sharing and Third-Party Services

To provide core features, your voice and text data may be transmitted to the following third-party AI service providers for processing. We require them to process the data only for the purposes of this policy and to apply equivalent security measures:

4. Data Storage and Security

  1. Data is stored in Alibaba Cloud (Mainland China) data centers with encrypted transmission (TLS/HTTPS/WSS);
  2. Voice audio storage is protected by access controls and encryption, accessible only to authorized personnel;
  3. We protect data security through access control, audit logging, vulnerability management and other measures.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

  1. Account data is deleted after you cancel your account;
  2. Voice audio is deleted when you delete it or when your account is cancelled;
  3. You may delete your personal data at any time through in-app "Settings" or by contacting us.

6. Children's Privacy

We provide an English learning feature for children (Miss Lily). Children's personal information is specially protected in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and applicable laws. We recommend that guardians supervise children's use of the application.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable law, you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to cancel your account. You may exercise these rights through the contact information below.

8. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated as the product and legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

  2. 语音音频：您在通话功能中通过麦克风输入的语音数据，用于 AI 语音识别、对话与发音评估。音频在处理后按您的设置保留，用于逐句回放与学习回顾。
  3. 对话记录：您与 AI 教练的文本对话内容、学习评估报告与练习数据。
  4. 设备信息：设备型号、操作系统版本、网络状态等基础信息，用于保障服务正常运行。

二、我们如何使用信息

  1. 提供实时语音对话、语音识别（ASR）、语音合成（TTS）与发音评估服务；
  2. 生成个性化学习报告与训练建议；
  3. 维护账户、计费与客服支持；
  4. 改进产品体验与服务安全（含反滥用、风控）。

三、信息的共享与第三方服务

为提供核心功能，您的语音与文本数据可能传输至以下第三方 AI 服务提供商处理，我们要求其仅按本政策目的处理数据并采取同等安全措施：

除上述服务商及法律要求外，我们不会向任何第三方出售、出租或共享您的个人信息。

四、数据存储与安全

  1. 数据存储于阿里云（中国大陆）数据中心，采用加密传输（TLS/HTTPS/WSS）；
  2. 语音音频存储采用访问控制与加密措施，仅授权人员可访问；
  3. 我们采取访问控制、日志审计、漏洞管理等措施保护数据安全。

五、数据保留与删除

  1. 账户数据在您注销后删除；
  2. 语音音频在您主动删除或账号注销时删除；
  3. 您可随时通过应用内"设置"或联系我们删除个人数据。

六、儿童隐私

我们提供面向儿童的英语学习功能（Miss Lily）。儿童个人信息将依照《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》及适用法律予以特别保护。我们建议监护人对儿童使用应用进行监督。

七、您的权利

根据适用法律，您有权访问、更正、删除您的个人信息，撤回同意，以及注销账户。您可通过下方联系方式行使上述权利。

八、政策更新

本政策可能随产品与法律要求更新。重大变更将通过应用内通知或邮件告知。继续使用即表示您接受更新后的政策。
