How delivery works
YouSpeak is a digital service. After your payment is confirmed, call-time minutes are credited to your YouSpeak account automatically — usually within seconds, and always within 24 hours. There is no physical shipment. If minutes do not arrive, contact service@synrise.co and we will credit the time or refund you in full.
Refunds
- Entirely unused packages: full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Partially used packages: pro-rata refund of the unused portion, at our discretion, within the same 14-day window.
- Payment taken but minutes not credited within 24 hours: credit or full refund — your choice.

Payments
Payments are processed by SYNRISE LIMITED (Hong Kong, BR No 81194066) via Airwallex. Prices are charged in the currency you select; your bank may apply its own conversion for card payments.
